Fastest way: Request a return directly in your customer account.

You can return sunglasses and frames without prescription within 30 days of the delivery date — unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging. Prescription glasses are excluded from the right of return as individually made goods. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

How to proceed:
1. Download and fill in the return label
2. Pack the item securely and stick on the label
3. Hand in the parcel at the post office
4. After receipt and inspection, the refund is made to your original payment method
